Black Tea is made from the leaves of the tea plant named Camellia Sinensis. Our Black Tea begins with selectively hand-picking only the top three leaves of our Assamica variety tea trees on the Doi Mek Plantation in Chiang Dao. The tea leaves are then withered before being gently rolled. Next, the rolled leaves are fully-oxidized before being carefully dried on raised drying beds until they are ready to be packed. Our Black Tea produces a full-bodied rich flavor with strong aromatics.
